What is your returns policy?
We want you to love your artwork but if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your original artwork or prints, you may return them in their original condition within 5 days of receiving the items and we will provide you with a full refund excluding return shipping costs.
If you have ordered a print and it doesn’t reach you in perfect condition, please contact us immediately for a replacement.

What frames do you recommend using to hang the artwork in?
Depending on the artwork purchased some of them already come set in beautiful light coloured wooden floating frames. For those that aren’t framed, the HF gallery recommends any type of floating frame. The artist ensures all canvases are finished edge to edge which means that the painting continues onto the sides in case you wish to hang the artwork as is without a frame.
How should the art be hung up?
Using screws, hooks or flat-edged hooks- this should be a relatively simple task and is best done after measuring the canvas, centralizing and aligning it and using 2 hooks. Our canvases can be hung without a wire in most cases, however if you wish to add a wire we can install it prior to shipping upon request.
What lighting should I use?
Paintings look different under different lights. The best light is always natural daylight and we therefore recommend hanging your artwork near a natural light source.
However for when the sun goes down and you need to rely on artificial lighting, we would recommend affixing a halogen bulb spotlight on an arm directly on the wall above the painting or on the ceiling. However, you can still enjoy your artwork if you are unable to install the above, it will look just as good under any incandescent light in the evenings.
